Depending on the nature of the assignment, our search is based on three pillars:

  • Talent Pool: Mobilizing our internal, GDPR-compliant professional network built over several decades.
  • Direct Search (Headhunting): Proactive engagement of passive candidates with the highest level of discretion (the majority of our assignments are completed using this method).

The Selection Process

  1. Sourcing & Screening: Following the profile definition, we identify and approach potential candidates.
  2. Interviewing: We conduct structured interviews to evaluate professional expertise and personality fit.
  3. Shortlisting: We present the top 3–5 candidates, accompanied by detailed evaluation reports and verified references.
  4. Decision Support: We coordinate interviews, facilitate candidate evaluations, and assist in reaching the final agreement.
  5. Follow-up: We provide professional support throughout the onboarding process until the end of the guarantee period.

Terms & Conditions

  • Efficiency: We present the first relevant candidates within 2–3 weeks of signing the agreement.
  • Fee Structure: Our services operate on a success-fee basis (invoiced on the candidate's start date), typically ranging from 18% to 25% of the annual gross base salary. We offer tailored proposals for unique requirements.
  • Guarantee: We provide a 90–180day replacement guarantee, depending on the seniority of the position.
